I, was in OU. :)
Yup, the lights in my house were all off, except for the porchlights. Mummy said they had to be on for safety reasons.
OU was brightly litted lar. Fine, not brightly litted. But the lights were still on. Only some shops off-ed the lights that were not important.
All in all, i didnt have to walk in OU with a torchlight.
The hour passed really fast.
